If I'm signed up with Texture in Canada, will my account work with the Texture Service in the US?

No, Texture Canada and Texture US are separate services. Your login for Texture Canada is not compatible with the US version app version(s) of Texture. However, using your Texture account when traveling is supported as long as you are logging in with your proper account information.

Will a monthly billing customer be guaranteed the same rate as long as I remain a customer?

You will be notified two months in advance of any rate changes.

Will I continue to get print issues in the mail if I sign up for digital issues?

Yes, Texture does not affect or modify any customer's print subscriptions. Print subscriptions are managed by the individual magazine publishers.

I created an account using Facebook, but it is not working on my device, why?

At this time the Facebook login feature is only available to US residents. Canadian customers are unable to link Texture with Facebook at this time. If you have created an account via your Facebook login, please follow these simple steps. 1. Go to www.texture.ca. 2. Click on “Start your FREE 30 days trial” 3. Select your plan 4. Please register using an email that is DIFFERENT than your Facebook email address. 5. Once you have completed registration, please login to your device. It depends on the magazine and the plan you are on: some magazines are published once a month, some are published twice a month, while others publish every week. You will receive all new issues of the magazine published within the 30-day period. Plus you get access to back issues.

If I use the same account for multiple tablets, will my settings in one tablet affect settings in the other? For example, if I “remove all” magazines on one tablet, will the content be removed on my other device the next time I sync/log in?

Yes, magazine selections will sync across multiple devices. If you change selections to adjust the titles you display in your library on one device, using the same account on another device will also see these changes if you tap the "refresh" button or log out and back into the app. Please note that downloads do not sync across devices.

Can I download magazines while outside the U.S. and Canada?

Yes, if you already have a current Texture Unlimited plan or single title subscription you will be able to download magazines while you are in other countries. Please note that Texture is currently available for U.S. or Canadian residents with a valid U.S. or Canadian addresses only.​
