After subscribing and downloading the app on any platform, sign in. On iPad®, iPhone®, iPod touch® tap the star on each magazine you would like to add to your favourites.
iPad®, iPhone®, iPod Touch®: It's possible that your tablet went into standby mode due to your battery setting at iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch Settings > Auto-Lock. Please try downloading again with the power supply plugged in and your Auto-Lock setting set to “Never”. Android™: It's possible that your device's power saving mode or a third-party task manager or battery app are preventing the Texture app from automatically downloading new issues. Make sure background data is enabled. Battery saver mode should be disabled. If you're using an app such as Greenify or Juice Defender, set the permissions to allow Texture to run in the background. Please try again with the power supply plugged in.
This is due to a problem at the Apple Store. Please try the following steps: - Sign out of the App Store - If you already have the Texture app installed on your iPad® or iPhone®, delete the app (Note - you will remove all previously downloaded magazines) - Power the iPad or iPhone off and back on - Sign back into the App Store and then proceed to download the Texture Application
